[USER Experience]- Users opened the study in the viewer and cant open the report page

Background:

Google Chrome version 72.0.3626.109 updated the behaviour of Pop-up windows. With this update, it defaulted to block all pop-ups.

Troubleshooting:

1) Make sure that you are using the latest Google Chrome browser

2) Clear Google chrome cache

3) Please check if Google Chrome is blocking pop-up. You may need to allow pop-up

then select: Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://<URL>
