1. Check and make sure that your Google Chrome browser is updated to the latest version.

2. Clear Chrome Cache

3. Please refresh your worklist by pressing Ctrl + F5
4. Remove the pop-up blocker

Also, if you're experience slow loading, you may also try to check internet connectivity by visiting other websites. If the other websites do not load or takes time to load, please check with your local ISP provider. Please get in touch with your IT team or PACS Admin for faster resolution.
IT IS STILL NOT WORKING?
If you are experiencing some delays in loading the worklist and the images: 1. If you are accessing the studies remotely, check your internet connection. Download Netpersec: https://www.nayuki.io/page/netpersec-nayukis-version to display the rate of traffic being received and sent by your workstation.2. If you are accessing a server within the same network - please get in touch with your facility IT to check the local network 3. Please check the your workstation hardware and make sure that you are using the recommended hardware specifications.
STILL DOESN'T WORK?
Raise a ticket with the following information:
- Server URL you are accessing
- The screenshot of the speed test conducted and the netpersec
- The Chrome version and the hardware specs
- User ID used to login and to the worklist you're accessing
